Personal coaching is a great service for those individuals looking for personalized training with ongoing support, weekly evaluation, and opportunities for feedback.
Athletes will receive access to their workouts through the VDOT O2 app and online calendar where training is recorded. You don’t have to train alone when you have your own personal coach!

How does personal coaching work?
Schedule a time to speak with Coach Marco about your training history, goals, and schedule.

After the consult, Coach Marco will send you an athlete survey. After reviewing your responses he send you an outline of coaching options for you to choose from.

Each week provide feedback to Coach Marco via your online training log. You can also contact him via email, phone, or text. You will be guided on what to include in your feedback so that your training plan meets your needs.
